N HouseProject + Design Architect (2016) for MHNDU
Interior Design: Blainey North Builder: Ivison Construction Located at one of Sydney's most beautiful Harbour beaches this family home features living spaces that open up to the beautiful views, spectacular sunsets and embraces the changing waterscapes and weather conditions. The design of post tension slabs allowed for extensive spans to create large uninterrupted interior spaces and Swiss designed Vitrocsa windows with minimal frame width allow the seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. A marble clad pool right at the Harbour's edge showcases magnificent outlooks. The three storey house was conceived as a group of individual volumes each showcasing its own materiality and functionality. Due to difficult site access configuration the garage design and driveway had to be manipulated to achieve an enlivened entry experience. Light bronze perforated aluminium with a custom designed pattern was used to clad the garage and its panel lift door. |
