TahitiProject + Design Architect (2011) for MHNDU
Builder: Ivison Contrsuction Tahiti is an “exotic Hawaiian-style residence” situated within 2046 sqm of tropical gardens at a captivating vantage point above Hermit Bay in Sydney. It’s owned by Krok family and was bought for $29.5 millions in 2007. That was Australia’s property selling record until the middle of 2008. The design brief was to retain the experience of the while undertaking a complete renovation of the existing building with additional space for master bedrooms, guest quarters and maids quarter. This project was truly a once in a life time experience and I absolutely enjoyed working on it. The client and builder were deeply involved in the realisation of this project, having a lot of input and ideas. It was a truly collaborative process with a magnificent outcome. Due to privacy reasons we were not allowed to take photographs of the finished project. |
